Returns Policy

At Hashtag Handmade the majority of our products are handmade to order and each will be slightly different to the next. While we will always try to keep our products as close to the original image as possible there may be some variations in colour and design dependant on availability at the time of ordering. If you would like a very specific design please message us to discuss your requirements BEFORE placing your order.

 

Refunds and replacements 

Personalised Products; Replacements of personalised products will only be offered if the item is faulty, damaged or an error has been made on our part such as incorrect colour, design or spelling.

Please make sure you include as much detail as you can in regards to design and text required and double check all dates/spellings BEFORE placing your order to avoid any problems. Hashtag Handmade will not be held responsible for any errors made as a result of unclear/incomplete information or spelling mistakes made by the customer.

Hashtag Handmade must be informed within 48hours of receipt of a product if you wish to claim a exchange on the basis of an item being received faulty or damaged during the postal process.

Non-Personalised items; We are sure you will love your product once it arrives, however, if for any reason you wish to return your item Hashtag Handmade offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all non-personalised products.

After notifying Hashtag Handmade of your wish to return a product, the item must be sent to the address provided by us at the time of discussion, it must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. Packaging must be clearly labelled and sufficient to protect the item from any damage on it’s return.

Refunds or exchanges will only be issued once the item has been received by us, please retain proof of postage incase it is required.  Items must be received by us within 30 days of date of delivery in order to qualify for return/replacement, after this date we will assume that you have changed your mind and wish to keep the product.

Please note: Many of our items are framed, mounted on or made from wood which is a natural resource and will contain natural variations in colour, knots and grain. These differences are not considered faults and simply add to the uniqueness of the product.

 

Missing items and failed deliveries

A replacement product will be sent in cases of failed delivery or missing items. Please allow at least 10 days after dispatch for your items to be delivered and check with your neighbours and local post office before contacting us to report a failed delivery.

All of our products are currently sent via Royal Mail Signed postage, please make sure somebody is home to receive your parcel around the date of delivery.
